This short five-week online series is designed to build entrepreneurial confidence and capability.
Each week, participants will join a two-hour interactive masterclass to develop skills in spotting opportunities, sparking creativity, shaping a clear vision, valuing ideas, and applying ethical and sustainable thinking. The series also provides a foundation for future entrepneurship programmes.
Empower is open to women researchers at all career stages, across all disciplines and sectors within the EU. It offers a supportive space to learn skills that are increasingly essential for translating research into opportunities with purpose and impact.

Applications are open with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Masterclass Series will take place on Wednesday mornings during October.
